To make all test you need the JTAG and seriale console interface (and of course you have to solder on the router PCB).
I tested the new PSBOOT wuth Pspboot 4AR7WRD 4ports RT firmware and works fine for LAN section.
There are two main problems

- Wireless Module not work
The bootlog (for this reason it's better to have the serial console) report some problems to use the TNET1350A chip

- Led file not available
The led doesn't work with the right meaning.

Of course youn can go back to the original firmware.
I have the full JTAG image (4Mb) of the original Linksys firmware (1.01.09) mod with telent always active and Woykterm 1.01.08 image file. To flash the full image of the flash via JTAG require 2 hours.

[ Edit by thechief: for an updated bootloader (v1.4.0.10), and instructions about flashing RouterTech v2.96 on the WAG200G, see here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4138 ]

Sep 22 15:44:03 cfgmgr(ap): Bootloader environment variable WLAN_EEPROM0 is not set!!!!!!!!
I think the problem is clear from this. You should run the Wireless Environment Builder.

PS: the RouterTech firmware's system diagnostics would be more helpful than the logs that you have posted.

If the router is running a RouterTech firmware, then we need to see the RouterTech firmware's system diagnostics ("Tools->System Diagnostics"). The RUC output (especially the "env" text files) is also useful (in order to see what has changed).

Theere are many problem using RUC.

The response it's the wireless mac it's incomplete.

After some checks I verified that RT/Acorp fw use some varaiables like

WLAN_EEPROMx to store some data.

When the modem start tried to recovery from this variables probably some codes to activate the wifi.
If the variables are not right the fw setup a bootloader variable to load it from a TFTP server
But I didn't understand where the firware try to download.
The IPA server IP (ex. in Acorp W422G hw compatible with WAG200G) it's 192.68.1.22

I checked in the original WAG200G but there aren't any WLAN_EEPROMx variables.
In the AG200G there is a MTD5 partition that should be contain some important data.

The problem are exactly the same reported about DSL-2640T and RT firmware

Did you run the Wireless Environment Builder?

I tried but the answer was an error regarding incomplete mac address of Wifi module.

I will make a screenshoot about that.

Okay, i also tried Routertech on WAG200G.. same problem....

I am now running openwag200 (the modified firmware)

After Routertech, i didnt JTAG the router, if you want to try 0.10 RC:
on pspbootloader prompt:

setenv mtd5 0x90000000,0x90400000

Download wholeflash.bin to your router's /var directory.

disconnect internet and execute:

dd if=wholeflash.bin of=/dev/mtdblock/5

wait some minutes, when it completes power off/on the router

upgrade from 0.9 to 0.10 RC using WebGUI

The W.E.B. should be able to help with constructing the WLAN_EEPROM variables.

There was never TNETW ID in the syslog, i changed vlynq_polarity and NVS_TFTP_LOAD to different values, it always says the same :
NVS_TFTP_LOAD is enabled to download the correct EEPROM image during next boot. Set TFTP Server Address using IPA_SVR env variable.
I have set IPA_SVR but no change! Always same error. You should make some easier way to get the ID! W.E.B doesnt work coz It cant get the ID from the router and I cant enter it on W.E.B coz i dont know.

I need to change this stupid version of ADAM2. its 0.22.02 but no bootdelay (even after setting autoload_timeout) and no ftp support.

Anyone has AR7WRD router(with TNETW1350A) & ADAM2 bootloader (with FTP or TFTP enabled) ?
