As in title, if i ask for router info the SN graph disappears and wont come back. Any ideas?

OK it turned out to be a .net problem even though it used to work ok, I downloaded and installed .NET 4 and suddenly all is well again
It seems something at the exchange is rebooting at 3am!

Sorted the win 98 setup, was a combination of dead connection and static ip, now sorted however I can't deselect "Use the following Static IP address" and leave DHCP active as it deslects DHCP to, is this correct?
