I have resolved the problem by deactivating the "Wake on pattern match" option of the network card. However in the past with this option enabled I didn't had this problem. I don't understand, if something is waking the PC via the LAN then why without the ethernet cable connected to the modem the PC ...

Hello, After an upgrade to 2.97 version when I put the computer to sleep it is restarting automatically after a while(maybe ~30 sec, I didn't measured, probably it is random) :( .
