Wrong VPN setup caused router bricked up. So, I need your help in how to fix it. Current status: only power led is up!

Hello,
I want to change my router "Dlink DSL-500T" hostname from "RouterTech.AR7RD" to "DSL-500T". I tried to use the command:but it doesn't save after reboot.
So, how can i change my hostname permanently even after reboot.
Note: RouterTech Firmware v2.97

That was exactly what i need to do! I need to enable SSH to my router from ANY IP address, O.K Can we do this by using the CLI to write a command and save changes on the router configuration to be work even after reboot?Does it allow 0.0.0.0 as the WAN IP which would allow any?
