Going to reboot later and log, however I have noted down times since last night and today and give or take a few seconds the WAN uptime is only 6 hours, regular as clockwork! I believe what I am seeing is that the WAN uptime of my router is reset every six hours when the WAN IP is renewed, but pleas...

Thank you for the web-site detailing the logging. Still loosing sync but nothing that gives me a clue in the log aprt from the fact the subnet & IP was acquired. Hi Chief,

Many thanks for your input, is there any info on the RT web-site that details the log settings please? I have looked but not found anything as yet as not sure which logging level to use and on what module.

WAN Uptime

I have recently switched back to my old SWAMR-54108 which now has the RT V2.94 firmware and checking the homepage I noticed that the WAN uptime is never more than 5-8 hours. Is the WAN Uptime updated every-time the router refreshes it's IP or am I getting disconnects? If I switch back to the O2 crip...

Thanks I did look at open DNS and creating a local hosts file for the PC's but I think my best option would be URL blocking at my router.

Hi yes I am already running the Routertech firmware, but I want to be able to quickly block/unblock URL's. My wife has problems "shopping' on the Internet and asked me to block some sites, but on an ad hoc basis.
