Was using pctool 2.3....will try on 2.1 and update you guys
updated: pc tool 2.1 have a problem after the config is uploaded and the program will be force to shut....the page whereby it ask you to send error report that kind of thing

Well, I should like to see the system diagnostic. Did you upgrade with a single image or separate images? Can you connect to the router via telnet or ssh? If you search this forum (and in the firmware documentation), you will see that the Aztech 600EW can be extremely problematic to upgrade. This is not because of the switch, but it just seems fiddly.
