The link "A list of compatible routers" in the Releases 2.9 forum has a "Page not found" error. Can't browse the supported device list.

When I start RUC 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 on WindowsXP Pro English SP3, it gave "run-time error 5" and would not start. Tried on two WindowsXP machines and they are the same.
