11mbps wifi sdio lan adaptor & navman pin 570

i have a 11mbps wifi sdio lan adaptor ,the problem i am having is when synced with my pc it connects to the internet no problem but as soon as i dissconnect it will not connect to internet any ideas ,i am runnin a navman pin 570 cheers
