Hmm I updated to Vista Ultimate tonight and since I have to reboot router about every 10 minutes because vista keeps killing it. Is this a bug in hardware or routertech firmware? What modem modulation are you using (Setup->Modem))? What is your router? Is it a bug that every time router restarts the time/date default back to Febuary 27th 1500ish hrs (probably the compile time)? it doesn't save date/time on reboot? not a big deal with network time enabled but I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be this way.
