Your web browsing issue is probably an MTU size issue so try setting it to 1400 first to see if that helps.

Sorry - all I can really comment is that most router firmwares allow you to also define the DHCP served address range as well as on/off.....

Did you reset to defaults both before and after the upgrade and then setup the router from scratch again ?
Also have you made sure you only have one adsl connection defined ?

As long as you have file/print sharing enabled on both PC's and you configure them both with the same Network Workgroup name the all you need to do is create a folder on each PC for sharing files - then right click on the folder and set it as shared - do this on each PC and you should then be able t...
