Your web browsing issue is probably an MTU size issue so try setting it to 1400 first to see if that helps.

Sorry - all I can really comment is that most router firmwares allow you to also define the DHCP served address range as well as on/off.....

The DHCP range setting is a router LAN settting

Did you reset to defaults both before and after the upgrade and then setup the router from scratch again ?

Also have you made sure you only have one adsl connection defined ?

Any real reason you need to use IPV6 ? I didn't think it was used much other than by ISP's etc.
