I can't believe I missed it until now. It must have something to do with the notification on new thread modifications interfering with normal operation, because that is the only time something is done differently on posting and that is the only time we are seeing the error.

Automatic sub'ing to threads not working on starting threads

When you start a thread, you are not automatically subscribed to get notifications from it, even if you set it to be so in your posting field/it is set in your profile. If you reply subsiquently, only then are you subscribed.

I am investigating this.

Re: Easier topic/thread subscription ?

4. Would it be possible to allow members to subscribe to forums/threads/topics.... by presenting summary pages with the titles and a checkbox ? Yes, but not before the opening of the forums ;) It involves listing descriptions of subscribed forums, and comparing the array of said forums to the array...

The firefox plugin is called "Ebay Negs", and yes, it only affects ebay :) I have about 100 plugins on my firefox, its awesome. If my browser ever crashes, I simply restart it, and hit restore. Everything, inluding half-written forum posts come back :D There is also one that puts a little [x] next t...

I would agree with all of those. My pet hate is about ebay it's self and the way its feedback functions work. There is no link to just display a sellers negative feedback. I know this sounds harsh, but if they have negative feedback you want to know why, and if it was eventually resolved etc. Not ha...

After Billion / JMK flash it can seem dead for up to 3 minutes before it finally springs into life (always happens that way for me) As for your personal experiences of Billion on the ASR-8400 it's odd. I have had nothing but 100% success with Billion 213 on my ASR-8400. It's solid as a rock, all fea...
