Using JTAG, it should be fine. It can be less fiddly than command-line jtag utilities. That is why i asked ;) But note that, when changing a bootloader, nothing is absolutely safe - which is why you shouldn't try it unless you have a functional JTAG cable. how to see if it is working now? If it does the job yeah... IF :) after pushing the "optimize ram" button i'm not so sure it does the work. Free ram before optimization is pretty low even after some minutes the auto-optimization should have be done (eg 8:20 p.m. and i run manual optimization at 8:2...
