Are you 100% sure the telnet username is the same as the web UI password? Because, in my experience, it's always been different: see kb.php?mode=article&k=35
Try to telnet manually in to the router to confirm the login details.

Have you looked at the Wireless Environment Builder (W.E.B) readme? The WEB can get the details it needs from your router (assuming the router is OK apart from the wireless aspect) ;) The MAC is listed in your environment (which you have already posted) and the TNETW ID can be found in the router lo...

Also, you might want to try using an Ethernet cable to connect your laptop directly to the router so you can see if the router is still connected to the ISP when you lose conn...
