HI current Routertech firmware does not support WDS and but an AP should be able to connect to a wireless router as a client but you may need to set the operational mode of the wireless AP - can you tell us the model of the AP ?

Hi - one of us (at least) is misunderstanding something here

For WDS you need tow wireless AP's or Routers - so do you have two ? if so are they both Roper Wirelss ADSL units ?

If so it won't work as the Roper unit doesn't have the ability to act as a wireless client to another AP - however if you DO have another AP then what model is it ? :?

no, i have only this router (no client mode) and can connect only clients, maybe dhcp 192.168.1.2/254 :?
other's have single ap ( no router d-link1200 or some thing ), work in wds mode and use 192.168.0.1/100 adress.
vie wont make network and i have ap whit no possibility to connect whit other 3 ap's in my village.
my ap is useless for existing network :( , i probable must by ap whit wds.
thanks any way
if is no help you can close topic i will know what to do
