Updates on WDS

Post by faenil » Sun Dec 05, 2010 4:13 pm

Hi guys I read on many posts that the WDS was not doable until some years ago...

is there any updates?

I have a Roper Flynet (ROADSL2P-WG) with RouterTech.org firmware...

Is there any chance to use WDS? I should link two routers (mine and my friend's)

Thanks in advance ;)

WDS is only possible in the 1350A wireless firmware. The necessary support is built into the wifi driver and core logic - but i don't know anyone who has used it successfully. I certainly have never tried ...

The RUC wants the telnet login details.

I used RUC once, before flashing routertech, but I actually don't remember how I did it...

To configure WDS on 1350A wireless routers, see: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4620
