WEP and MAC addresses?

Post by LeahHird » Wed Aug 10, 2011 3:39 am

Completely stupid question, but I looked around on Google, and all I could find were sites on how to hack WEP keys and MAC addresses. I got a Nintendo DS Lite and I want to be able to use the Wi-Fi feature on it. It says I need the WEP key for the one router we've got in the house, but I don't know the password for the log-in (type this IP address into your browser and a Verizon log-in pops up). I'm just wondering if a WEP and MAC Address are the same.

No they are not. And both are different from the login password for your router.
