As that's a pretty old wireless B Router I very much doubt it has the required "wireless client" mode

Thanks for the reply. Please give an outline for configuring each of the device in the network. Also suggest a device in place of Befw11s4 in terms of performance, range and stability.
thanks

What is the modem? There are a number of ways devices can be connected, WDS, Wireless Bridge etc - but there are interoperability issues (WDS sometimes only works well between routers with same wireless chipset and drivers).

Wireless Client mode means the remote device logs onto the main router in the same way as a remote laptop would. When fully supported the remote router can then use the wireless as its WAN port and make Ethernet connections available via its Ethernet ports.

I'm not sure many original manufacturers support wireless client mode, but it has been available for many years in routers supported by dd-wrt or Tomato - neither of which seem ever to get to formal supported release versions. For newer routers see tomatousb. Interesting developments with some new Asus routers - they are now including enhancements from the 3rd party community fed back into formal release firmware.

Im using D-link DSL-2750U.(biggest buying mistake).Theres lot of differences between the devices sold in Europe, southeast asia and the one sold in India.Devices differ in physical appearance and firmware. The firmware used in India version seemed to crippled. No 3G support?.slow usb speed .
Is it possible to connect Dsl-2750u and Befw11s4 wirelessly?.
thanks :)
