Zyxel Prestige 662HW-63.. Problems..

I wonder if other users of Zyxel Prestige 662HW-63 had problems with overheating but this router really has huge problems in this area.. I just burned my fingers when I touched backplate RJ-45 connectors.. That seems to be reason why this router freeze time to time.. Anyone had same problems?
