Please stop posting the same question. You have already asked this question, and I have already referred you to the RUC: viewtopic.php?t=1062

Read the entire RUC thread, and the RUC docs. If that doesn't help, then try the Firmware Tool: viewtopic.php?t=3101

This will not help you at all. This address belongs to APIPA range. It basically means that your router's DHCP server isn't working properly.
You need to telnet the IP address of your router, which is (probably) 192.168.1.1. At least all Routertech firmwares have this one set as default. And, of course, I don't know the settings of your original firmware.

Sorry, I was mistaken. I accidentaly looked at another post elsewhere. You have the right address. Try Wireshark or some similar utility to see the ip address of your router.

Neither of them will work if you can't connect with telnet. Get telnet working first, and then try again. What is the output of "ipconfig /all" ?
