Perhaps the firmware has been trimmed down to remove some features. Is this from your ISP ?

yes i think that

i read it in another forum the operator do that for more protection so we can't connect in advanced options .

in the the same forum in another firmware for this router they login with another admin and password to do that but in this version of firmware no yet .

so this why i ask if you have a trick like that

Well, you might want to change your firmware to one that supports advanced functions.

no , i want to keep the firmware because the router it's not mine

i think the advanced menu is hidden because i connect with WiFi ( i can't connect via RJ45)
it's the kind of protection i read it when i'm googling :D

so there is any trick without change the firmware?

tnx for replying

you can try setting port forwarding rule and other advanced settings using a telnet session to the router
but that may or may not be possible
some time ISP's leave the telnet port open and do not remove the functionality for a a support technician
first you need to find the telnet username /password
and if you are able to login see what options are available by tyoing " ?" or " /? " at the prompt after logging in to a telnet session

use putty
or if using winxp just type telnet at cmd prompt

(telnet port is 23 ip is your router/modem address usually 192.168.1.1)
