All the computers behind this router can access the web fine, however there is an issue with inbound connections to forwarded ports, as well as outbound connections to >1024 ports. It is as if there is a device between the router and the modem which is interfering with the port forwards.
I am also unable to access the router's administration page on <external ip>:8080 when previously I was able too.
Running traceroute internally I see that between the router IP and the internet there is a device/route which I do not recognize. Is this likely to be the modem?
