Help in Proxy setup

I have a domain enviroment in which there are almost 10 computers connected to the server. One database server and one domain server. and one email server which in the head office(other location).

I needs a proxy to be installed on the database server to which modem is connected which can meet my problems like.

1. all computers in network can have internet access
2. all computers in network can have access to email server which is in head office.

which proxy would you suggest me which is free and from where can I download it.

Which o/s is/are the server(s) running ? windows or linux ?
