Router repair tool doesn't work

Hello,

I downloaded Router Repair Tool 1.0.7.
When I want to run it, it says "Unexpected error".
My windows version is XP Pro.
I also tried to run it on windows 2000 and windows 98.
I got the same error.
Can anyone help me about this?
