strange phpbb behavior on reply

Post by SubZero5 » Thu Jun 12, 2008 7:28 pm

Hi,

Everytime I reply on a topic, this PHPBB moves me to viewtopic.php?t=1874 address.

Why is this PHPBB doing this?

It does not happen on while sending PM's.
It does not happen on pm reply 's..
It happens when posting messages, new topics and also happens when previewing too..

What browser are you using? Do you have any toolbars or addons that might be interfering? Has it always happened since you registered or did it only start recently? Have you tried clearing your cache and/or cookies (worth a shot)?

One thought I had was that it could be connected to the "The RouterTech Firmware v2.5 has been released - Download it today" banner we have at the moment and that somehow that link was being clicked.

I can preview and submit posts with no problem in Firefox.

It must be said I can't replicate this at all. I'm beginning to despair with all the problems we've been having here of late :(

Seeing as many people have posted successfully and not reported any issues since this post was made, I'm going to assume it was an isolated client side issue and not an issue with our forum. Thread locked.
