Problem with direct anchor links to posts

Thanks Kieran I hoped it did make sense and wasn't just making MY life easier
- as an aside - isn't therer a way to compose a reply while still having the current page of posts visible on screen ? I thought that there was on this board but can't figure it out

Right below your repy text box, there is a list of past posts in that thread, in reverse order in a little mini frame. You can scroll in here and read posts, copy/paste text etc.

Just to confirm then: the problem was that when you get notifications of a new topic, it takes you to the forum in which the topic was posted (because that's a forum you are watching) rather than the topic itself.

I will fix this soon, its not hard and having just a link to the forum is far from the best way of having things - thanks for pointing this out.
