Manuual IPTABLES entry fixes the problem
For anyone wondering
If you place a rule in IPTABLES from the telnet login you will have no problems thereafter
I made another post about this type of thing so get more details from that
Cheers

my spa3000 did similar
and i had to do a complete factory reset and manually typed in the settings after a fw updated. that cured my problem.
it must have got a bit confused in its settings between fw updates. I overlooked my own policy.. Thats to do a full factory/memory reset after any firmware update.
good luck.
