Post by nurfedui » Thu Oct 30, 2008 1:01 am

Hi, sorry if Im asking a nooby question but I really need help. I recently bough this router and it has a built-in firewall. I turned off my computer's firewall but that didnt help. I entered my IP address at IE and loggd in, and it says NAT and Firewall is enabled. Please help me step-by-step on how to disable it. thank you

Edit: Because of this firewall, I cannot access MSN, MSN Messenger and most of my games

Turning off all firewalls is a VERY BAD IDEA - you need to check which TCP/UDP ports are required by your games/applications and then configure your router to port forward these ports through the firewall.
