VPN errors

Post by Kieran » Mon Nov 13, 2006 12:45 am

A friend of mine is attempting to establish a VPN connection and is using a mac using OS X and a sonicwall 4060.

The following error keeps occuring:-

No policy matched peer IP address or Zone 80.229.70.23

Does anyone have any clues as to what this error might indicate (and indeed a possible solution or link to a guide for setting up this device for use with VPM?)

Thanks all :)

Might be worth starting here

Looks like the device is a 4060 PRO :?

Is there an allowed client/server IP list? Or policy setup where Allowed IP address ranges of the other end of the VPN are dictated?
