Alex, you are not making yourself easy to understand at allalex22788 wrote:RT 2.6 firmware can be used in the Alcatel 6307 MPw II on the right ?
Alcatel 6307 MPw II is the main chip of the 7200 Texas Instruments, wireless chip is the 1350A, switches chips are RTL8305SC, thank you
If you are asking if your router will run the RT firmware then please try running the Router Upgrade Checker as mentioned in the release note. It will tell you if the router is likely to work with the RT firmware and which firmware is the one to try (if any).

It's an Alcatel-Lucent router...
Apparently it's a china-made unit. Link with very little information:
http://www.alcatel-sbell.com.cn/live/pr ... 488&id=616
(it's in chinese however - click on the "Home Plus 500" - gives you a PDF).
Can't read chinese, so I'm not sure if there's anything there that would indicate the internal chipset. I believe what he's trying to say (as a statement of fact) is this particular unit uses an AR7 chipset (i.e. 7200 processor + 1350A wireless) - and therefore "can it run on the RT firmware?".
Cheers!

Well, there is a simple answer to that question- run the RUC.

These links suggests its a pretty standard nsp371 ROHS firmware, albeit with translated web pages! Now where's the GPL sourcecode release so we can check the switch driver etc...

Important to run the RUC to backup the env and led.conf as well as confirming which firmware

Meaning what?alex22788 wrote:By which a driver? You the trouble!
BTW: the above does not compute. If your router has one 1 port, then it cannot have a switch. If it has a switch, then it does not have 1 port. Can you please indicate how many ethernet ports your router has?

Then the RUC was clearly given the wrong information (the RUC output says 1-port - and clearly, your router is not an Acorp LAN120), which is why it couldn't give you the name of the firmware image that might best suit your router.
As has been said, it looks like you have a pretty much standard ROHS wireless router. So you might want to try the latest ROHS wireless firmware.
As always, proceed with great caution.
