I am assuming that you didn't have these problems with v2.6. Is this correct?

A number of things:

1. Remove the DSL_FEATURE_CNTL_0 entry from your environment.
2. Set the modulation to multi_mode.
3. Unless you have edited parts of the system diagnostics log to change some personal information, then your router's attempts at authentication will fail - check your ISP username and password.
4. Set your MRU to 1400.

If these don't solve the problem, then I am out of ideas.

Hmmm ... there is no reason why one should work and another shouldn't. Can you do a fresh system diagnostic and post the output here?

Also try removing the atm_ver entry from your environment, and then try a different DSP driver (i.e., dsp62B). You will need to reset the modulation to multi_mode again.

Your MTU is still set at 1500 for all interfaces. You should set your MRU to 1400 and make sure that "Enforce MRU" is ticked.

Well, you shouldn't be having this problem. But, since you clearly do, the best I can advise is to go back to v2.6, if that works for you.

I'm pretty sure both Neo and I have XP SP3 and not noticed the problem....
