Hi,
Have you looked at the readme file that comes with the Wireless Env Builder?

Well, as mentioned in the readme, have you tried using the WEB to get your MAC and TNETWID from the router?
You should be able to get them from the router as long as the router is not bricked - a corrupt wireless environment shouldn't prevent the WEB from getting the values (that's the whole point).

oh, i see.
no i cant get them from the web.
iv been trying all different firmwares (routertech) on my router (Netcomm NB5Plus4W Rev.2) But it just wont work.
the closest iv got is using one that doesnt have the wifi driver, it worked fine, except there was no wireless.
i dont see why the same version but with the right wireless driver wont work O.o
Thanks

BTW when I say WEB I mean the Wireless Env Builder
If the Wireless Env Builder can't get the details from your router, you can get the MAC address from your env which you backed up with the RUC and you can get the TNETW ID from your router's system log (as mentioned on the forum here viewtopic.php?p=32487#32487 and here viewtopic.php?p=32477#32477 ).
The MAC you want will be called "WLAN_HWADDR0" or "wan_br_mac" in the env file.

Thank, you again for the usefull links ! Setting IPA gives me the TNETW ID after reboot. Thanks to the awesome Wireless Enviroment Builder tool now Wifi is back again.
My original firmware was WPA/PSK max and now I run WPA2
NOTE : I'm surprise because the WEB tool gives different result for some WLAN_EEPROMxx variables that were in the original firmware
(WLAN_EEPROMxx saved by RUC didn't work on the RT 2.8 fw).

That is because it is the parts of the variables that are unique to each wireless card that are most important. The others can be any out of a number of possible generic values.ItalianJob wrote:NOTE : I'm surprise because the WEB tool gives different result for some WLAN_EEPROMxx variables that were in the original firmware
