Login to the router via telnet, and supply the outputs of these commands:

Code: Select all

cat /etc/versions
cat /proc/ticfg/env
cat /proc/modules
cat /proc/interrupts
cat /proc/avalanche/avsar_ver
cat /proc/avalanche/avsar_dsl_modulation_schemes
/sbin/ifconfig

Everything looks fine to me in the stuff you have posted. The Aztech firmware upgrade issue is a different problem. Unless you're feeling brave, you may wish to just stick with your Aztech firmware - because you will need another tool to upgrade the firmware. I have already provided an explanation (and solution) for that problem: firmware-faq/#cant_upgrade

Yes thechief, I love you. I have use pctools 2.4 and successfully upgrade to routertech firmwares but some another problem comes:

1. The normal led and turn to green after restart, but now I have red led on power
2. I try ping to gateway 192.168.1.1 and get no normal or stable 1ms results

Pinging 192.168.1.1 with 32 bytes of data:

Thechief, I want to ask something also:

1. How can I change quickstart PPPOA to PPPOE connection? I have PPPOE connection with VPI=0 VCI=35
2. How to redirect port 80 to my proxy 192.168.1.27/27 port 8080 if this firmwares can do?
3. If I start a new connection on PPPOE, what is the sharing option use for?

I can only ask masters to teach me here, thanks alot Thechief

1. Reset the firmware to defaults
2. Delete the default quickstart connection
3. Create a new PPPoE connection - do NOT touch the "sharing" option at all.
4. Go to the "System" menu, and save your settings.
