Installed on my D-Link 624t and works fine.
At [link removed] you can download the self-extracting .exe to flash it.

[Admin note] RouterTech is an opensource project - so do what you want with under the terms of the applicable licences - but if you repackage it - provide your own support forums ...! http://www.hwupgrade.it/forum/showthread.php?t=1660026

Hi @ All,

can someone tell me which DSP/tiatm driver is included in the routertech-ar7rd-lite-1port-firmware-20120130 (2MB PSP version) ?
The dsp_drivers.txt only includes general information but no concrete information about the lite version especially for 2MB devices.

---edit--
i found the following information in the changelog of v2.93. Is this still valid ?
20. New "lite" versions of the non-wireless firmwares, for routers with 2mb flash and 8mb RAM. The lite versions use DSP/tiatm drivers v6.x, and do not have the following features: (a) mjproxy; (b) sft; (c) wakelan; (d) ftpfs; (e) usb; (f) upnp. If you don't need/want any of these, then you should go for the lite versions. The lite versions leave sufficient space for users to create 64kb (or even 128kb) minix partition.

The lite versions have dsp7.0 - and this leaves enough space for a 64kb minix partition: see the history.html file in the 2.97 docs.

Thanks for the info.
In the meanwhile i found this information in the firmware FAQ

Whats the reason that "only" dsp7.0 is integrated in the lite version and not dsp7.5 ? Are they bigger in size ?

It's all about size - dsp7.0 is much smaller - that is part of the "Lite"ness.

Have you enabled the wireless AP?
harimkb wrote:2. dsl MAC and ethernet mac are same , should it be like that?
It depends on what your router's manufacturer stored in the environment.

Is the new 2.97 compatible with the Dlink G624T with 32MB of ram? Solved the wifi problem? :?:

Unfortunately not. With no sample router to test, there is no hope of sorting that one out.

Indeed - and I don't think anyone is interested in the details of scores of tiny little optimizations and fixes in shell scripts and the like. :)
