Firmware erased by PCTool

Hi Routertech,

Please help! The modem wouldn't assign IP's and I couldn't connect to it. So I tried to use PCTOOL but PCTOOL went (not responding) after erasing my NB5plus4w's firmware.

Now I can't get any of the programs (PCTool, RUC, Firmware Tool) to progress past 1%! PCTOOL detects the modem but won't give me the option to upload my firmware.

Old router not working? And you blame PC Tool!

Check the PSU and then internals for bulging capacitors, and give us a clue why you think PC Tool would help.
