A friend recently sent me a link to a film that explains to newbies how a basic NAT works. It is branded for DrayTek but provides ample explantion about how the NAT in all routers work. As its really useful I'm posting it here as a sticky

The link now is broken! However, this may resolve my previous question should the link return. Other than switching NAT on or off is there any other control I have?

I've updated the above thread with a working link. I'll be adding the file directly to RouterTech soon so the speeds will improve.
