ADSL blinking after recovery

Hello,
I have recovered my router after a failed update
the problem now is that my ADSL led sometimes keep flashing EXTREMELY quickly
without any reason. it does that sometimes and not on timed basis
when it does it i can`t connect to the router but i get very low internet
my port led does is clear green with no flashes when the ADSL led is flashing quickly

adsl led blinking mostly means that router is unable to connect to your isp and trying to renegotiate the connection
may happen due to bad line condition
or if you're :waves: on a time based plan like double speed at night

it is anyways better than full retrain
in which you lose the connection

the router probably has auto SRA enabled

which is a good thing
