A polite reminder to all users of the RouterTech website that we are only able to offer support through our public forums. We have had an increasing number of personal messages to team members asking for support, as well as calls to our telephone number requesting help.
Requests through our telephone number or through personal messages to team members will be ignored. We simply do not have the resources to answer support questions in any way other than the forum.
ISPs: Please do not give out our number to your customers to call regarding router issues. We have never and will never offer telephone support for any brand of router, even those running or capable of running our firmware. Feel free to direct them to our forum however where we will be happy to assist with any networking question.
