Spam emails originating from RouterTech

Many members of RouterTech.Org may have received one or more spam emails from our main email address describing the benefits of a "sharing" website (see this topic).
These emails were not sent by any of the RouterTech staff and were sent by someone who hacked in to one of our accounts. We would never send spam to our members or abuse the system in this way - we restrict use of our mass mailer to important forum issues etc. We are investigating this issue further and treating this matter very seriously. We have increased security and changed our passwords to prevent this from happening again.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and wish to thank all those who reported them to us and have helped supply information on the contents of the emails.
