Neither for a business really, although I have seen textiles, furniture, home wares etc. make a reasonable go of pinterest

It depends on what your site is about and how good the pictures are. I would recommend Pinterest for e-Commerce sites and designers. Instagram is good but of late, Pinterest has take over
