Facebook vs Twitter
Facebook vs Twitter
Which Social Network is more helpful in order to promote an online business?
Re: Facebook vs Twitter
Depends on the kind of engagement you're looking for; twitter is accessible more readily without logging in (search, casual browsing etc.) whereas facebook requires a login, real names etc. On the other hand, building a long-term relationship with customers is almost certainly easier on facebook; photos, comments etc. are all easier to come back to than disparate twitter threads. For customer support type engagement, twitter probably has the edge, as does topic/location specific work on account of the hashtagging system twitter offers
