XP SP3 and Billion routers

Talk about anything you like here: as long as it's technical, doesn't fit into the other categories and is within the rules. Questions and discussions about operating systems, programming, websites, hosting, ADSL etc. are particularly welcome here.

XP SP3 and Billion routers

XP SP3 apparently exposes a critical bug in some Billion router firmwares

I've not seen any such problems with XP SP3 and Routertech or other firmwares here!

I have been using XP SP3 for almost a month and I haven't seen any problem with my SART2-4115 or ADSL2MUE (both running RT firmware). I even backed up my OS drive before I installed SP3, but I haven't detected any problems of note.

I wonder what the exact cause is (maybe some updated network drivers) and how router/firmware specific the bug is...
