RouterTech Firmware v2.3 released

Post by Kieran » Thu Jun 07, 2007 2:32 am

The RouterTech team are proud to announce the release of v2.3 of its firmware.

This new release sports a HUGE range of new and exciting features and we encourage all users to have a glance over the release notes to see if there is anything new you might like. If you experienced a bug or two with the previous firmware version and reported it, it will most likely have been fixed in this version so go ahead and upgrade for maximum benefit.

Read release notes, changelog and download a copy of the firmware

Thanks to the development team and all testers who helped out on this release.

Guys!
This is the bee's knees!
Fixes the problems I used to have with 2.2, especially with DDNS and does a heck lot more!
ether-wake is the icing and rshaper is the cherry on top.
Absolutely brilliant work.
It's the most versatile router firmware I have ever seen, excluding a full blown linux PC.

THANK YOU!

I was desperate to find a DECENT firmware for my D-Link DSL-320T, the two official versions from D-Link are total bad.
I found your site, and after a long and extremely cautious reading I took the "risk" to upload your firmware.

I must say I don't regret it, now that is what I call a firmware, and it's not just decent, it's awesome!

Thanks a LOT for your hard work :)

fear not - a beta of RT F/W supporting your wireless chip is in the pipeline and should be available for testing before too much longer

Follow the instructions here: viewtopic.php?t=961
and post the results here. Then we will be able to answer your question.

Better still, run the Router Upgrade Checker, and post the output.
