Whats the best Data Recovery Software

Talk about anything you like here: as long as it's technical, doesn't fit into the other categories and is within the rules. Questions and discussions about operating systems, programming, websites, hosting, ADSL etc. are particularly welcome here.

Hi !

I have used a data recovery software last month that is very effective and powerful. It recovers lost data due to damaged, deleted, corrupted, partition, formatted or virus attacked. It is very easy to use and recovers lost data over a single mouse click. You can find it from [merchandising link removed by thechief]

Thanks

Hi,

The best data recovery software I have used is called Recover My Files. Looks like the admin does not allow links here but if you google it then its not hard to find.

I used it to find recover a 500gb Sata hard drive that all of a sudden turned 'RAW' in Windows disk management for no apparent reason. It recovered the entire drive with the full file and folder structure and basically saved my ass from a very grumpy wife who wanted her holiday photos back :-)

Good luck.

i am pretty much please with ZenOK [broken advertising link deleted] it offers Data Recovery service that protects your data against a hard drive crash, fire, flood, lightning, and security vulnerabilities. it even when my hard drive was no longer recognized by my computer, it worked.

I have used the OpenSource GPL software TestDisk to successfully repair disks under both Linux and Vista
