The Chief's HTZ and DLF tools

Hi all

I have decided to host my HTZ and DLF tools here :)

The Linux versions of both the HTZ and DLF tools require the Qt runtime library, which you can obtain here:

The Windows version of the DLF tool also requires a Qt runtime library, available here:
